Backup

| SYNC-OFFLINE | Backup is waiting for a connection. | Nothing. It goes through when you are back online. |
| SYNC-DUPLICATE | One entry was already backed up, so this copy stayed on the device. | Nothing is lost. Email support if you see it often. |
| SYNC-PERMISSION | Backup paused because it did not recognize this device's sign-in. | Sign in again. Nothing is lost while it waits. |
| SYNC-INVALID | One entry was in a shape backup does not take. | Email support with this code. A copy of the entry is kept on this device meanwhile. |
| SYNC-MISSING | One change was for an entry backup did not have, so the whole entry went up instead of the change. | Nothing. This one fixes itself. |
| SYNC-UNAVAILABLE | Backup keeps stopping short of the server. | Try again later. Your Bloks stay safe on this device meanwhile. |
Sign-in

| STORE-NOT-ALLOWED | Purchases are turned off on this device. | Check Screen Time or parental settings. |
| STORE-UNAVAILABLE | The store stopped before the purchase finished. | Try again later. |
