In the app
- Open MemoBlok and go to Settings › Delete account.
- Choose what happens to the Bloks on your phone. To keep them on your phone, turn on Keep my Bloks on this phone. To remove them from your phone too, leave it off.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete.
- Sign in once more with Apple or Google to confirm it's you. Your account and everything backed up with it are deleted right away.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours. If you can't, write anyway and we'll find another way to check.

- Your account and its email address
- Every Blok, entry, goal, note, tag and place in your backup
- Repeat schedules, reminders and your own lists in your backup
- Your Bloks, entries, goals, reminders and lists on your phone, unless you turned on Keep my Bloks on this phone
- Your membership record
- Your shared Bloks stop being shared, and your entries in other people's shared Bloks go with you
- Your display name, including on other members' records of shares you were in
What stays
- Your Bloks, entries, goals, reminders and lists on your phone, if you turned on Keep my Bloks on this phone. Only your phone has them. We don't keep a copy.
- If you ask us by email instead, anything on a phone you still have. Delete the app to remove it.
- Your Apple or Google account. We only remove our record.
- Reports made about you, with your display name, kept to deal with abuse.
- Support email, only as long as we need it to help you, and records the law makes us keep.
- Backup copies, for up to 7 days.
